Can we limit our unrestricted common shares common shares?
Currently has 4 shareholders in a non-public California C-Corp own shares without restriction for all. In order to prevent the sale of all or some of our actions on others, I want to make our actions and restrictions. Is this possible?
The population is already restricted from public sale. You must submit all the documents with the SEC and submit bids Initial public can, and you have to convert their accounts throughout the year and the current GAAP, internal controls and restrictive type your accounts audited before payment. It's quite a change. The only way that could impose new restrictions for the other owners are in agreement. But there is nothing that prevents meeting and the vote on a new capital structure and ownership agreement.
